Brainspotting sessions with Leszek were recommended to me after I completed 1.5 years of talk therapy after the traumatic loss of my child and marriage. Although brainspotting was a new concept to me, it proved to be an alternative way of continuing to heal my mind and improve my life. Leszek did an excellent job guiding me through the brainspotting technique and discerning approaches that were most beneficial to me. Aside from being a patient, compassionate, and skilled coach, Leszek also proved to be a great mentor and resource for educational and practical tools to help me understand and regulate my nervous system. I have completed over seven brainspotting sessions with Leszek, and initially the intensity was very high because a lot of emotional stress was released that I wasn’t fully aware I still had in me. As the sessions progressed, the intensity of my emotional responses to bad memories decreased, and I learned how to access areas of my brain that helped me feel more grounded and peaceful. Overall, my nervous system is more regulated, and this translated to positive improvements in my life, such as improved ability to be more levelheaded in difficult, stressful, or anxiety-causing situations and improved ability to focus.

Maestra Editya, I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your wisdom and time last week. I am seeing things so clearly and connecting with myself more than ever in my life.
